Clearly defined Partnership Track
Billings bonus based on collections and Production Bonus
Origination Bonus
Minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience
Prior experience in offshore maritime matters highly desired
Demonstrate excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
Engage directly with clients and actively build client and referral relationships.
Independently manage a full caseload, including court appearances, depositions, and regular client updates.
Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including maritime disputes, personal injury, property damage, and environmental claims.
Advise clients on complex maritime and energy-related legal issues, including operations, shipping regulations, and marine insurance.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, advocating effectively in maritime and civil litigation.
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar; position based in our New Orleans office.
