  • 1900 billable hour requirement

  • Salary initially set on graduation year, experience, etc.

  • Clearly defined Partnership Track

  • Billings bonus based on collections and Production Bonus

  • Origination Bonus

  • Minimum of 3 years’ litigation experience

  • Prior experience in offshore maritime matters highly desired

  • Demonstrate excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.

  • Engage directly with clients and actively build client and referral relationships.

  • Independently manage a full caseload, including court appearances, depositions, and regular client updates.

  • Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including maritime disputes, personal injury, property damage, and environmental claims.

  • Advise clients on complex maritime and energy-related legal issues, including operations, shipping regulations, and marine insurance.

  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, advocating effectively in maritime and civil litigation.

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar; position based in our New Orleans office.
