Espresso Recruiting, LLC Founder, Tammy Watts Fisher, is known to her clients as 'the Coffee Recruiter' because she often meets with potential candidates over a cup of coffee. This unconventional strategy not only puts people at ease and helps Tammy get to know her candidates, it is also one reason she has been so successful in matching candidates and employers. Tammy has 11-years of experience as a Legal Secretary and Paralegal and began working as a Legal Recruiter in 1996. She understands the legal profession and the impact that positive working relationships can have on an organization.
Cameron Watts
Senior Recruiter
Cameron has worked with Tammy as a recruiter on a part-times basis since 2017. He work full-time as a Nationally Registered Paramedic and Flight Paramedic with over 13 years of experience. He has worked in the EMS industry on both an ambulance and a helicopter. He has extensive experience working closely with many different hospitals in all parts of Louisiana. Cameron is profoundly familiar with the various jobs in the Healthcare Industry and how to find the ideal candidates for these niche positions. Cameron is now with Espresso Recruiting, LLC full-time, and thriving as our Senior Recruiter. When he's not at work, you will most likely find him in a kayak, fishing, or relaxing at home with his two cats and catching up on some true crime.
