Tammy Watts Fisher
Founder

Espresso Recruiting, LLC Founder, Tammy Watts Fisher, is known to her clients as 'the Coffee Recruiter' because she often meets with potential candidates over a cup of coffee. This unconventional strategy not only puts people at ease and helps Tammy get to know her candidates, it is also one reason she has been so successful in matching candidates and employers. Tammy has 11-years of experience as a Legal Secretary and Paralegal and began working as a Legal Recruiter in 1996. She understands the legal profession and the impact that positive working relationships can have on an organization.

Melanie Ward
Senior Recruiter

For the last 20 years, Melanie has worked in Office and Administration in the Corporate Industry. One of her first, full-time positions was with Turner Industries in the Health and Safety Department, where she served as an Administrative Assistant to the entire department. She continued her career at Jones Walker, a prestigious multi location law firm, in the Administration Department. Among her responsibilities, she worked closely with the Office Administrator in candidate searches, interviews and the hiring process. Melanie knows the importance of making that perfect match between employer and employee. Most recently, Melanie spent the last 6 years with Red Stick Sports as their Office Manager and handled all accounts receivables. Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her boys play sports.

Annette Munson
Medical Recruiter

For the last 18 years, Annette co-owned and operated a mobile home, trailer park in Terrebonne Parish.  For about 10 years during the same time, she co-owned and operated a fishing charter business. Annette also worked at Southern Fiberglass managing the office while being completely hands on in all other aspects of the business including physical labor. Before this, in the Baton Rouge area, Annette started and successfully ran her own Mary Kay cosmetic business. She earned 3 career cars, the final being the famous pink Cadillac. She was a future executive senior sales director after four years in the business.  She learned about the different personalities of people and was very good at recruiting.  Prior to her Mary Kay business, Annette worked as a Bookkeeper at Baton Rouge Beer Agency for 13 years.  Finally, Annette worked in several different law offices for three years, in the Baton Rouge area.  Annette isn’t afraid of hard work and will do whatever it takes to match the best candidate with the perfect position.
