1900 billable hour requirement
Salary initially set on graduation year, experience, etc.
Clearly defined Partnership Track
Billings bonus based on collections and Production Bonus
Origination Bonus
Current Texas law license
Min of 5 years’ experience in probate litigation
Strong legal research and advocacy skills
Ability to draft documents which require technical competencies while also being persuasive
Solid understanding and application of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence
Ability to develop and execute sophisticated litigation strategies and settling multi-issue disputes.
Ability to successfully interface with a client and manage a client’s expectations
Experience defending and taking depositions
Willing to be challenged with the issues presented in a unique content area
Ability to manage a docket of cases and build his or her own practice
