• 1900 billable hour requirement

• Salary initially set on graduation year, experience, etc.

• Clearly defined Partnership Track

• Billings bonus based on collections and Production Bonus

• Origination Bonus

• Current Texas law license

• Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and guiding clients through probate and asset distribution.

• Advise clients on wealth preservation, tax strategies, retirement planning, charitable giving, and insurance options.

• Represent clients in probate-related court proceedings and manage sensitive legal matters with professionalism and discretion.

• Collaborate with clients to design tailored estate plans aligned with their goals, while maintaining organized and accurate case files.

• Demonstrate strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills, with deep knowledge of estate, trust, and tax laws.

• Maintain and grow client relationships independently, while contributing to a collaborative and communicative team environment.

• Must have a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed in Texas, and possess at least 3 years of estate planning experience with proficiency in legal research tools.
