Description:
Minimum 5 years of general litigation experience, with substantial involvement in all phases of litigation
Proven ability to take and defend depositions (experts, physicians, corporate reps, etc.) and a desire to be a true “depo warrior”
Strong motion‑writing skills, including drafting, researching, and arguing motions
Experience handling discovery, including drafting responses, managing document production, and conducting rapid‑response investigations
Ability to independently manage a caseload from intake through trial preparation, including client communication and regular case updates
Excellent research, writing, advocacy, and communication skills, with strong academic credentials (GPA above 3.2/3.33 required)
Intellectually curious and eager to argue motions, take ownership, and avoid “cookie‑cutter” defense work
Willingness to travel and serve as a reliable “go‑to” team member in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and referral relationships, with confidence interacting directly with clients
Must be in good standing with the Louisiana and Texas State Bars, and bring a positive, team‑oriented personality suited for “in‑the‑trenches” collaboration
