7+ Defense experience in Asbestos or toxic‑tort litigation
Experience representing corporate defendants in occupational‑exposure matters, including asbestos, chemical exposure, and product‑liability claims
Strong litigation background with experience in complex, multi‑party and multi‑district cases
Experience coordinating discovery, developing experts, and managing large volumes of technical and operational evidence
Ability to independently handle depositions, hearings, and motion practice, and to collaborate effectively with national counsel and sophisticated corporate clients
