Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation
Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work product
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
